Become a Trails Partner

Are you interested in having your business included in an upcoming edition of the Southern Maryland Trails guidebook? (Projected date for next edition: Summer 2012)

Step #1: Review Trails Site Criteria
Please be sure your site meets the basic criteria before submitting your application. When preparations for the 2012 book begin, a member of the Trails team will make a site visit to confirm eligibility.

Step #2: Review Trails Partner Responsibilities
The Trails is a collaborative effort between SMADC and Trails partners. When joining the Trails, partners agree to carry out some basic responsibilities, as outlined in this document.

Step #3: Preliminary Application Contract
Download this form (as a Word doc or pdf) if you would like to apply to be in the new Trails book. NOTE: Your application will go on file and you will be notified when preparations for the next edition of the Trails book begin (probably in 2012). A site visit will be scheduled

ADVERTISE IN THE TRAILS BOOK

The Trails buidebook contains a limited number of full color, full page ads. You do not have to be a Trails partner to purchase ads in the book. Ads are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Submit this form to reserve ad space in the 2012 Trails book. You will be notified with more details and pricing when preparations for the 2012 book begin.

LIST YOUR FESTIVAL/EVENT IN THE TRAILS BOOK

The Trails book features an "events section," a chronological listing of Southern Maryland's major annual festivals and events in a calendar format. Download the regular pre-application form in WORD or PDF to list your event. You will be notified with more details and pricing when preparations for the 2012 book begin.
